'No Spam' Policy

What is spam?
Spam is the sending of unsolicited email, flooding the Internet with many copies of the same message, in an attempt to force the message on people who would not otherwise choose to receive it. Spam costs the sender very little to send - most of the costs are paid for by the recipient or the carriers rather than by the sender.

Our policy
Sigmer Technologies Ltd has a 'No Spam Policy' which it asks all Customers using the Boomerang Questionnaire Management System to observe. Should a Customer be found in breach of this policy we reserve the right to remove them from our system.

We do not provide a service for dealing with complaints regarding spam sent by our Customers using Boomerang and ask all recipients of such unsolicited email to contact the sender.
